These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the training services provided by Green Square Medical Group (“the Centre”). By enrolling in any course offered by the Centre, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Course Enrollment

2.1 Eligibility

To enrol in a course at the Centre, you must meet the specified entry requirements, if any, for that course. It is your responsibility to ensure that you meet these requirements before enrolling.

2.2 Enrollment Process

To enrol in a course, you must complete the registration process provided by the Centre. Enrollment may be subject to availability and the Centre’s discretion.

2.3 Course Fees

You agree to pay the course fees as specified by the Centre at the time of enrollment. These fees are non-negotiable and non-refundable, except as otherwise provided in these Terms.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

3.1 Cancellation by the Centre

The Centre reserves the right to cancel a course at any time due to insufficient enrollment, unforeseen circumstances, or other reasons. In such cases, the Centre will provide a full refund of the course fees paid by you.

3.2 Cancellation by You

If you wish to cancel your enrollment in a course, you must do so in writing by contacting the Centre’s administrative office. Cancellations are subject to the following terms:

a) Cancellation up to 30 days of course commencement: You may be eligible for a partial refund if your place on the course can be filled.

b) Cancellation within 30 days of course commencement or after the course has commenced: No refunds will be issued.

3.3 Accidental Enrollment or Failure to Meet Entry Conditions

The Centre does not provide refunds for courses booked by accident or in cases where the entry conditions are not met by the student. It is your responsibility to verify your eligibility and course selection before enrolling. The Centre will not be responsible for accidental enrollments or failure to meet entry conditions.

4. Course Changes and Rescheduling

4.1 Course Changes by the Centre

The Centre reserves the right to make changes to course schedules, instructors, curriculum, or any other aspect of the course. Such changes will be communicated to enrolled students as early as possible.

4.2 Student Requested Rescheduling

Requests to reschedule a course must be made in writing to the Centre’s administrative office. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

5. Code of Conduct

5.1 Respectful Behaviour

All students are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner during training sessions. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in expulsion from the course without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Course Materials

All course materials, including but not limited to textbooks, manuals, and digital resources, are the intellectual property of the Centre. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for commercial purposes without written permission from the Centre.

7. Privacy Policy

7.1 Privacy Protection

The Centre is committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during the enrollment process will be used solely for course administration and communication purposes. 8. Liability

8.1 Limitation of Liability

The Centre will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in our courses, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of income, or any other economic loss.
